Control and responsibility of all HR processes in
terms of a value-oriented and value-added HR
function - from personnel planning, budgeting,
recruitment and compensation management to
performance appraisal and succession planning
with the goal of continuous development
•
Management of and participation in HR projects
•
Implementation and introduction of group-wide
HR policies and HR instruments
•
In close cooperation with the Group HR Director,
define key figures to measure the performance of
the HR function and establish a reporting
structure
•
Professional and disciplinary leadership
responsibility for the HR generalist
Profile
•
Bachelor or Masters degree in Human
Resources Management/Organization
Consultancy
•
Practical Experience: 7-10 years practical and
tactical HR experience within an international
profit environment supporting the hourly
employee client groups (manufacturing,
distribution, supply chain)
•
Profound knowledge of German labour law
and working with unions and workscouncil
•
Experience with working in an industrial
environment within the Food Industry is a plus
•
Proven track record of launching HR programs
and initiatives and driving change
•
Experience in a key figure-oriented
organization is required, as well as a
demonstrable understanding of how HR work
can shape the company.
•
A high degree of customer orientation
(internal and external)
•
Very good knowledge of standard software
(MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•
Fluent German and English spoken and
written.
For our customer, a manufacturing company of the food industry in the greater area of Osnabrueck,
Germany, we are seeking for a
HR MANAGER Production (m/f) with pioneer spirit, hands-on mentality and creativity
who leads the HR function into a new generation. You are responsible for the overall HR Management
and have leadership responsibility for one HR generalist. Your generalist experience will enable you to
provide advice and support to the management and staff (approximately 400 employees) on HR related
topics. The duty is international, so we are looking for someone who speaks both English and German
fluently It is also important to us that you already have experience in working with works councils and
have special expertise in of a production site.
